    Viet Garden is a gem. It is my go-to Vietnamese restaurant in Baton Rouge. I had the Bun Bo Hue. I've had it many times, but it was lacking flavor on this last visit. The pho was pho-nomenal; the broth was so flavorful and beefy. The Banh Khot was my absolute FAVORITE- a MUST TRY. It was crispy on the outside, soft inside, paired with their perfect sweet/tangy nuoc mam. It is a very casual restaurant with plenty of parking space.

    This place is quite good for the price it may seem a little pricier than some but it has a big portion size. In-fact their large size you can split among 2-4 people. The only down side I had was the noodles were kinda over cooked. If I ever crave for Pho again I will definitely think of coming back here!

    One of those places where when you walk in, you can smell that it's going to be good. Service was quick, and it turned out to be some of the best pho I have had. Particularly if you like a more savory broth, I highly recommend. I got the large bowl--not extra large--and I could hardly finish it. Great portion size and proportions of meat to noodles.
